CEO started in Sept 23', by early 24' replace the senior management team, by Sept 24' all but one remained.
Former co-founder ran a shadow organization and carried out their own agenda.
Tenured folks just either did what they were told (out of fear), or misinformed on what they were doing, in some cases the opposite of what they told you.
CEO's strategy was not based in reality, he did not recognize that he did have the talent or capabilities to carry any sort of strategy.
Technology stack is old and fragile, and there were single individuals responsible for key functions.
SME's weren't.
Customers told what they wanted to hear most of the time, and certain individuals would be surprised that it could not be done.
Investors are likely throwing gasoline on a fire thinking it will burn itself out.
