HealthEdge has grown tremendously over the past few years. It continues to grow in 2019 adding new and larger customers. The company is adding a lot of new talent across all business areas. So, it's exciting. The people are great and so is their dedication to succeeding. I love getting up and going to work everyday. Also, I have a much better work/life balance ... lots of flexibility in how I deliver my work.

The company is growing quickly and because of the growth, HE is also having to invest in process and infrastructure, which they are doing. So, it can be a bit crazy (I think exciting) as it grows to meet all the needs of customers. I am not sure this is a con, but if you're looking for a sleepy start-up this is not it.

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
