      Remote working, and no real pressure to go back into the office

      The new management team put in by Blackstone has been dismantling the company and it’s culture. There is no support from the leadership team. They choose to pretend all of their decisions are working instead of acknowledging and correcting mistakes. It’s turned into a very top down bully-friendly company. People are leaving in flocks and management doesn’t care. They will just force the next guy to take on all the additional work.

      Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies!       Thank you for the feedback and honest review. Work-life balance is extremely important to us, to ensure our employees have time off and a personal life away from work. Sorry you felt overworked, but glad you saw the value in our customers and clients.
