HR decisions are not always savvy. Bonus structure favors executives instead of knowledge workers. As a producer in the 4P healthcare industry, HealthEdge clients, especially small health plan are difficult to handle. Their price elasticity is none existent yet they are very aggressive to demand custom work.

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
