      -No work life balance. - 24/7 working with US teams -BC technologies ,no career growth technically and personally. - No value for employees. - No good hikes -No cognization. -strict deadlines, threatening employees if you dont meet you wil get fired

      Sorry you are not enjoying your time at HealthEdge. The ability to work from home can be seen as a great advantage, granting the freedom to stay with their families as you mention.       Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies!       Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
