      Good tech stack and Good Pay.

      Leadership has no vision, Managers have little to no understanding of the product they are managing and expect team members/Engineers to make decisions for them, Moreover managers play politics most of the time by gaslighting and throwing hardworking employees under the bus whenever convenient, Work-life balance does not exist unless one is a manager or an executive. HR/Hiring managers never keep their assurances to their employees.

      Sorry you had a less than ideal experience at HealthEdge. We are always working to build a culture of learning, including educating about our products, for both managers and individual contributors. From release trainings to LinkedIn Learning courses to Lunch and Learn sessions, there are many opportunities to gain better understanding about what we do and who we are.       Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies!       Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
