      Poor Leadership. Underpaid. Overworking the subordinates. Little to no training during onboardin process. Processses keep changing with no clear goal.

      Sorry you were dissatisfied with leadership and salary during your time at HealthEdge. We perform annual salary exercises to ensure we are commensurate with the market, and both front-line employees and managers receive training and options for continued development throughout their careers.       Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies!
