Constant organizational restructuring creates instability.Priorities shift too often, projects get abandoned mid-way. Lack of long-term vision at the leadership level. No ethics in the company as they treat employees like a cheap labours.

Change is never easy, and we have certainly had some restructuring as of late. However, this is part of corporate life, and we are embracing these updates with enthusiasm and fervor. Offering programs like Change Excellence and Navigating Change resources will hopefully help provide assistance and understanding during these times.
Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before.
Culture = gone
Mission = gone
Health care benefits= the bare minimum
Parental leave= reduced
Office= cold, stale, uninviting
Summer fridays = gone
PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements
Bonus= reduced
Layoffs = constant
