Interns treated as a cheap labor rather than future hires. They are failed to give promised CTC. They are good at promising fake expectations before joining in the company.

We are thrilled to provide paid internships in the US and India, offering valuable hands-on experience and insights to college students as they prepare for their careers. We wish we could provide full-time roles for everyone, but unfortunately it's not always possible. However, we love staying in touch with our interns and wish them the best of luck in future endeavors.

Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
