      Everyone works in fear of being the next to be laid off. Feedback is often weaponized instead of being constructive. Environment is tense and unwelcoming. Employees will vanish without any notice. Forceful resignations is frequently happening in the company.

Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies!
