Lying, underhanded, two faced and backstabbing. They need to invest in an ethics consultant. I have yet to find where one part of the company knows what the other is doing. Settlement division lies and changes the story depending on what suits them. Policies change without notice and go into effect immediately. Upper management is inaccessible and there is no channel to dispute what settlement says. It's take it or leave it. Compensation is some of the worst that I've ever come across in the industry and they nickel and dime to death. If your looking for part time contact, settlement fees can eat up to 10% of what you've earned. Have seen it as high as 50% if it was a slow week.
