Great environment. Room to grow and lots to learn. The company is growing like crazy and I'm happy to be here and be a part of it!

No cons for me as of now.

I have worked at HealthFirst Financial for a little over a year and I cannot recommend working here more highly. It is a relaxed, yet professional environment where all staff are encouraged to bring their best ideas for continuous improvement. I've personally experienced advancement opportunity and know of several others who have had the opportunity to advance. The hours and days of operation are family friendly, unlike many call centers. Management are actively involved and are approachable. Big bonus for me is that I believe in what I'm doing and how it is helping people.
