Lack of opportunity to move up in company. Stagnant in your role.

Great community. The company feels more like a family than a business. The leadership is great and understanding on pushing back deadlines. Formal attire is not required, and you can come into work whenever you'd like, given you complete your 8-hour shift.

Since it is a start-up, oftentimes you may be delegated things you do not know how to approach or may be outside the scope of your knowledge.
