At the whim of many outside influencers for major projects, including the parent company. Room for growth?

Small, quite atmosphere. 5 employees. Potential is there to grow if they receive tremendous financial and leadership support from the parent company UHS, Inc.

No CEO and a very green COO with no real experience in managing people. Organizational development or structure is non-existent. No understanding of business development and long-term sales cycles. Work may not be credited to your efforts. Micro-managing in the worst definition of the term. No contact with upper leadership without being chastised. Poorly run overall.
