They celebrate every person's birthday, that team will get together and plan the attack. It could range anywhere from your desk being decorated like "The Yellow Submarine" if your a Beatles fan or just 30 pictures of your dog... Every person is different and special and treated like it. We all bring a different dynamic or super power to the team. We work hard and play hard. We do Thirsty Third Thursday of the month Happy Hour where we play games and cut loose a bit. We do a fun team building event every quarters. This last month we rented a lodge with our own pizza oven, near Davenport beach, took a hike and tour to see the Elephant Seals out at Ana Nuevo, and it felt like Thanksgiving. We lost power and water for a short time, ran off a generator and water from the hot tub, and this team is about solutions. We have a blast anywhere we go, including a morning dance party while we packed up to "It's raining men..." You should only consider this job if you have a strong work ethic, want to change healthcare forever, are not a clock watcher and like to have fun with the people you work with. PS: Lunch catered in every Wed. and kitchen fully stocked at all times with most innovative snacks from Snack Nation and Costco. You will never go hungry.
