Employees are a good group to work with.

There has been a lacking of management direction over the last couple of years. As competition in this space grew, mgmt failed to react and the result was a tremendous loss in market share. Attempts to create new products have been a fiasco (Medicare). A product was rolled out, then cancelled a year later. Claim payment is horrible, caussing difficulty in communicating with customers. Until managment can create a realistic roadmap of the company direction, there will be nothing but chaos from top to bottom. Not rating the new CEO, as the turnover in the C-level suites (in 1 year new: CEO, CFO, CIO, CAO and more) has been very high for any company it is too soon to tell.

No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
