Training is quality and on-going, Technology is very high level, Transparency with data, numbers, things that need improvement and best practices. True business partnership with my Territory VP-he invests in me while I'm an investing in myself. Truly a way to own a business with minimal risk or financial investment. If you are willing to follow their marketing steps you can be a success. I get to be in Sales but actually help people every day.

The first thing that comes to mind is actually what I love best: no supervisor and definitely not being Micromanaged. However, some people can't handle the freedom. Anytime I ask my support links for help they're there but they aren't pushing me out the door every day.
