The technology is incredible, you are provided a professional email address, website, office location if needed and periodic training. The people and leadership are top notch, but once you fall below the top performers you are left on your own with no support.

I was only given 3 training opportunities originally and not one of those made a sale. You are representing healthcare.gov, but you are not getting paid for any of those sales, that representation is simply a key to get in the door. You are expected to sell supplements for your income. By the time a client is paying for their healthcare premiums there is not a lot in their budget for supplements. If you do get lucky and sell a vision plan your pay is only 22% of the annual premium.
