I look around and I see a bunch of really good things; I have a great office to work out of - meet my clients at and interact with my fellow agents Coffee, drinks, snacks and internet. Meetings where I am actually exposed to useful information,m opportunities to meet with company professionals so that I can learn from them and refine my craft. I have an atmosphere where while it's not always laid out for me; I have the tools and resources at hand to FIGURE IT OUT. No place is perfect Keith but I feel the need to reach out to you and let you know how much I appreciate all that you do. How grateful I am for the work environment you have created for us and the personal touches you include. Whether is from corporate (Captain Compliance!) or out of your own pocket; YOU are still the one responsible for making all of this available for me/us.
