Very unprofessional working environment, most employees have little or no knowledge or proper protocals of how to conduct work with other departments properly. At the managerial level, most managers were uncooperative and were just trying to get through the day and hide at their desk. Many of the people promoted are promoted for being liked by the managers but lack skills.
