Fights! Fights ! Fights! They hire people from all walks of life ive seen 3 incidents while working their in a 2weeks time spand,I also had someone try and attack me and was fired! Even though witnesses seen it was self defense! Another girl got fired for being pregnant once they found out how far along she was. They terminate u for anything no matter if its your fault or not...training class is the hardest to make it through because people get restless its about 3-4 weeks before u can take ur state exam! Most of the 3rd week is lounging around.You only get to chances to pass the state exam for your insurance license if you fail you have to pay them back (300) and u fired of course.Not all teachers know about their job , Theyre learning as u learn...crazy right? so self study is urgent!
