Full pressure on agents who were primarily new agents to sell with no real benefit, particularly considering they expected the said sales to be made posed no benefit toward clientelle. The quotas were reasonably unnattainable Watched as newly hired team got picked apart and fired due to quota till was last man standing Reached quotas besides one and was fired following AEP The model seems to be offer "full time" then discharge following AEP for financial reasons. Realization that lower management likely has become numb to the realities of human nature/decency with every similar, adverse outcome they've personally experienced through their trials in the industry. So they're perfect for this company's role and niche for them. Recognition of societal implications of disingenuous management
