Healthpoint is growing and is a wonderful place to work. Staff is friendly and you truly feel that this organization is taking care of its patients and their staff.

There are instances of miscommunications but easily resolved.

8-5 Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends

Management is extremely micromanaging, no one is on the same page, and job descriptions are constantly changing. Too many middle managers and there is no incentive to move up. Those that have their job is either changed a year later or gone completely.
