If you are ambitious and dare display any amount of self confidence you will find yourself in the sunken place. Management is incompetent and gets high off of micromanaging the CSR staff. There is no freedom of expression or opportunity for advancement allowed here. Almost every promotion is lateral. If you have a family to support and want a stable job...this is not the place.
