- starting salary for some positions seem to have a pay cap
- Workload isn’t always spread evenly
- efficiency and overrall contribution is disincentivized
- lower levels of management have a small out of influence when it comes to their subordinates pay (I am under the impression it is because the corporation is so large with multiple levels of management)
