I consider my job at HealthWare Systems a positive part of my life and feel that the work we do for the healthcare industry is very rewarding and helping many people. There is a great benefits package and this company is flexible in allowing remote workers. There is strong and positive leadership within the Management team, and they motivate us all to achieve a higher standard. HealthWare Systems is a growing company that still feels close knit, and the management team goes above and beyond to do small things to make you feel appreciated. For example: almost always the day before a big holiday or holiday weekend, management will close early to allow employees to get home to family. Company gatherings are always very thoughtful - past events included a Casino night and Murder Mystery Interactive Dinner. Christmas/Holiday parties are planned every year, and other yearly gatherings are family inclusive or spouse inclusive. Christmas bonuses, year end bonuses.
