      Healthgrades culture is in crisis. There is a serious inability to align teams, projects and priorities. This has lead to massive turnover across Development, QA, Marketing. So much potential, but a lack of leadership is dramatically affecting the culture.

      DDS is very nice to work with. You receive enough time with each patient. If you need instruments, there is no push back.

      You work with many older patients which can be challenging to due to the fact that they do not want to lean back too far. Analog x-rays (no digital). Low pay for the area.
