Healthifyme is a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Healthifyme treats you as a person not an employee. That's reflected in benefits and how management approaches employees, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. The office environment is fun. It is a challenging company due to the pace and ingenuity around every corner, which is fun awesome. If you apply yourself , you'll go somewhere.Yes, Office politics exists, but generally, its a meritocracy. Healthifyme also provides healthy Breakfast , late morning snacks (Fruits) and Healthy snacking for all the employee, Having large celebrations once a month for all employees . The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectation were made clear throughout the entire process.
