3yHello there! Unfortunately, we've fallen short on giving you the best Team Member experience we aim for.
We try our best to be supportive of all our team members - we understand not all months can be top-notch for everybody and hence we have plans in place to support them through these months.
Having said the above, in no way we are trying to take away your experience from you. We will definitely do a pulse check in for our current members to bridge the gaps. With your feedback, we will do our best to go a step beyond to give our Team Members the experience they deserve.
