They fail to inform about the most important thing on which the company survives - "MONEY" . 2. Management and Leaders are pathetic, they lack empathy and basic understanding. It's more of a slave than being a coach. 3. Thousands of layoffs at any point in time. Sometimes, it's so random that you won't be able to login to your system the next day. 4. No work-life balance, will have to inform a month prior about the leaves. 5. Monthly target stresses out so much, close enough to put someone in depression. It's like asking you to beg clients to pay for the subscription. 6. No proper implementation for the feedback given, Suggestions of clients/colleagues are unheard and ignored. 7. Management doesn't function smoothly. 8. Year by year, the incentives kept decreasing, yet the targets kept increasing. 9. No career growth, forgetting the formulas of nutrition, you will have to mug up the monthly package chart.
