Small company, family owned, flexible with schedules. Owners listen to employee input and are open to new ideas. Office staff does not have to work weekends or holidays.

Insurance and benefits are poor. Some aspects are unorganized. High staff turnover. Difficult to find staff who have strong work ethic with small budget.

Co-workers are dedicated to the goal of the company and care about clients. Fast-paced environment due to the nature of the work.

Poor leadership from the owners/management of the company. Need to have more oversight to ensure work is being done correctly and according to regulations. Little chance for advancement since the company is small and people tend to stay in their starting positions.
