Lack of leadership - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Healthx

A common complaint throughout the company is the lack of communication by leadership. I think this is true but what some might be considering a lack of communication may actually be a lack of planning on big decisions. Almost the entire product team from a year ago has left the company.
