There was an overwhelming sense of micro-managing at every level of this job. I was hired below my experience level, and not given opportunities to progress or challenge myself. Ideas were squashed in favour of senior team ideas. Credit and thanks were given to team members who contributed little to projects. Junior team members are taken advantage of and over-worked. Many- including myself- are suffering with stress related problems (physical and mental). Lack of diversity in this company is a little uninspiring. I was being enormously under-paid (less than London living wage), and there was no sign of pay increases despite a cost of living crisis. I was also denied time off when requested several weeks in advance. My advice if going to work for this company is go in as a freelancer so you can test whether this place is your cup of tea.
