Making change can be necessary, but doing it in a way that has total disregard for people and the brands that have sustained the company for many years isn’t wise or in keeping in the spirit of very decent Vice-Chairman who built the Company, Frank Bennic. Staff is anxious and many previously loyal employees are seeking employment elsewhere.
