As a small business (70-80 employees in 2017), Heatcon offers an entrepreneurial environment where individual contributions are still recognized, and company growth continues to offer new opportunities. As in any industry, there are up and down cycles. According to industry forecasts, the aerospace composite market is expected to exceed 8% annual growth for at least the next several years.
