Pretty much if you weren't born into the mines, you won't work at the same one for long. Everyone here is socially slow and has no idea what the hell is going on. Management is a total sh!t show, and most people are going to degrade and harass you. If you want to work here, I'd go for a year max, you'll hate it once you're trained (if you ever are). They dangle pay in front of your eyes for very dangerous and stressful work. Plus, living in the silver valley is so goddang boring that I thought I was going to die.
