Low Salary, High work time, Even some times you will work in weekend and nights but salary will so low, Management will not give respect, even founder does't know if the manager fired the employees or not

Unfortunately, I did not find any significant positives to highlight.

The work environment felt toxic due to excessive pressure, lack of trust, and inconsistent communication from senior leadership. Employee concerns were not addressed effectively, resulting in low morale and high stress.
