The fact I had a positive assessment as part of my development, to then be told that my performance wasn't good enough and had my contracted terminated. Is a very big con! How a manager can sign a performance review with all average to good scores, then dismiss you is beyond embaressing. No prior warnings or dissaplinaries documented either, makes for a embaressing call by management. What's worse, I've spoken to a number of previous employees who have had the same or similar treatment.

While it's never easy to part ways with an employee it's key for the growth and success of our team to drive a high level of performance and commitment to our company goals. We work closely with our team members to support their development but unfortunately in this case, the performance standards that we expected in the team were not met.
