There is a lot of potential for this company. The former employee owners flushed what could be a really good business down the toilet with their incompetence, The new Japanese owners are investing a lot of money into fixing all of their mistakes, cleaning things up and making the business viable again after bankruptcy and a fire.

It is a long road to recover from the wrongs of the past. Sometimes it seems like an uphill battle. There are often conflicting instructions from management, who are spread way too thin. There are some people who have been with the company 20 years or more, who have no business experience outside Hedwin and don't think about improving. New managers come in and some seem to leave quickly.
