1. A tech company with orthodox mentality and stuck in former glory 2. A family oriented run business where top ranked either relates to one another and bunch of kaki kipas 3. No updates policy review/SOP by HR. People are moving and you still there. 4. Top Management mostly people who has been with the company >10 years and too complacent and not updated to current business strategy. 5. Relying too much on consultant even for support service. Then why hired people? 6. Financially bad. Payday get delayed and EPF tak bayar 7. Top Management focuses to much on politics and work scandal rather than their responsibilty 8. This company required Change Management and Strategy. Hired those who ate not scared to say No to “some people”
