They keep making it harder and harder to make money. Loops you have to jump through to get the money you already earned. Warehouse is a nightmare so things don’t get delivered and it always ends up hurting the rep in the end. Pay doesn’t align with the amount of work (physical and mental) or time you have to put in to hit goals. Despite the obvious nationwide decline in alcohol sales in general, our goals still increase every month. You can work your tail off and do everything you can to try and hit your goals but the market (and the company) does not care about effort. It’s a dying business bought out by an investment company. Since they're “losing” money due to the bad economy and alcohol sales being down, the sales reps is the one who is going to feel it the most.
