The location of the office is challenging - there is a rare comfort public transportation to this area.

Good place to make connection with major suppliers, manufacturers and retail chanes. If you make it past the first few month (and wish to stay) - the company is very loyal to its employees.

Very low salary. Very little chanse of growing and promotion. No chance in changing things.
