I worked at HSI for a number of years and found the management staff to be competent and willing to promote its employee based on performance. Great opportunity to work in a flexible work environment with the 9/80 work schedule including outstanding tuition benefits!

Many managers have been in their position for many many years which can make it hard to move into management positions however that has changed a bit in the last few years!

Nice building that was once a bustling center of excellence. It was a family style atmosphere with a can-do attitude.

Sikorsky has ruined this company, just as they do to every company they purchase. Maybe it's a UTC thing and not just a Sikorsky issue? H.S.I has been taken over by an entire new management team that has no clue on what customer support means. Add H.S.I to the list of other companies ruined by Sikorsky. 1) Derco 2) Enflite 3) CTI 4) LifePort 5) Whomever they purchase next!
