Excellent training and support for on-boarding new sales persons. High quality product with very good back end support. Great corporate culture.

Svantaggi

Lack of coherent marketing strategy to produce consistent long term lead flow. Remote operations not supported to a level necessary to produce the same excellent results as the home territory.

Most people work here because they want to do something good for the environment while working for their paycheck. Helio went through some tough times like the whole solar industry, but they came out of it. From my nearly 10 years in solar, they paid the most of any other company for good installers and electricians. We did 4 x 10 hr days too which was awesome.

Svantaggi

Not enough overtime. They limited it to save money which i understand. Also, my new company let's me take the truck home which Helio did not.
