      Do not have to deal with the public. My coworkers are fun and we all work hard to get the orders out on time. Very low stress.

      Trying to sync the US team and UK team does not always work out.

      We really appreciate your comments, it's great to hear you're finding the culture in the US fun and engaging. You raise a really good point regarding how our two locations interact with one-another and it is definitely something we want to improve. It is never easy with time differences but I feel we can be using some of our company meetings to align the two locations a bit better here. Our VP of Ops and myself (VP of People) will shortly be travelling to come see everyone in the US so we look forward to brainstorming some ideas collectively!       No real technical skills needed. Remote with full benefits/team leads can be helpful. Gift cards are awarded every 90 days or so for productivity. All equipment is provided. Office supply stipend. Low volume = low stress. High volume = high stress.

      Daily/weekly quota can not be front loaded meaning you have to be active constantly instead of doing your work ahead of time and enjoying remote benefits like other companies. U.S. agents work with agents from other countries who are held to a lower standard/quality of work than they are. Call volume can be high at times. Overtime is rare. Leadership can be incompetent at times. Time spent is valued over productivity.
