Poor management. Divide and conquer mentality rather than united. Higher ups don’t really care. You almost have to beg for holidays to be approved and favourite staff gets theirs approved first even if they didn’t submit first. Complaints aren’t taken seriously. If anything you get shunned for complaining. Silent treatment. If you hand your notice in, they also stop talking to you. Don’t include you in meetings even though you have a months notice period to work you end up feeling very isolated in the last month as no one talks to you and they act like you’re not there.
