Svantaggi
- This company has a high volume of blame culture. It did not take long to realize that instead of creating an environment where individuals are held accountable and allowed to show professional integrity in their work they instead are quick to throw anyone under a bus in order to elevate their work stature within the workplace. This goes from associates all the way up to senior leadership. Be careful! - Management = inexperienced. The plus side to this company is the young employee demographic with fresh mindsets. However, this comes as a double-edged sword where you have managers and so-called leaders who not only struggle to manage their own work agenda/expectations but continuously drop the ball or show complete apathy towards the employees they manage -- especially when it comes to providing guidance in the day-to-day work operations that keeps the place moving. - lack of real personnel engagement and management. People here look at you moreso as someone who helps to bring in/create revenue and bring up numbers as fast and as high as you can. Anything outside of that is the least important. Therefore, there are frustrating moments where an employee feel less like a human but more like a robot who works crazy hours with insane deadlines to create a product or amazing results with assignments with little to no guidance. Be adept at figuring things out on your own and quick on your feet! - Work life balance does not exist due to some of the aforementioned reasons - Do not expect career growth or employer loyalty! They will quickly hire from outside or replace you without any communication or consideration of the work you have already provided. - Communication lacks! Interesting to see a company with an open office environment where there are still soo many behind closed door conversations or lack of direct communicative efforts to employees or their perspective teams - The office is pretty junky! Due to the quick growth of the company space and cleanliness is limited... - Pay is not comparable to the actual market rate - especially in more associate and analyst levels - Lack of professionalism or office decorum - Very political. They'll say there is no hierarchy when interviewing but you'll quickly see that is false once you're trying to build bridges or create some sort of processes. - They'll pretty much sell you fairytales of grandeur to keep your interest during the interview process -- this is especially true with your role. They'll tell you one thing and you'll be doing the exact opposite by the second week. - They use the excuse of it being a start-up as a way to not fix what is broken or causing damage to the day-to-day of an employees lifecycle. Excuses! - Growing quickly which leads to a lot of moments of dropping the ball across the board - For a start-up, it lacks diversity - burn out is real here!
