Thank you for taking the time to share this review of your experience at HelloFresh on our sales team. Our Brand Ambassadors are the face and voice of HelloFresh in our communities in Dallas. We work to ensure that our recruiters are honest and transparent about the nature of the role and that our job descriptions are up-to-date so that everyone who applies understands the requirements of being a Brand Ambassador. The most important responsibility is to speak to the community about HelloFresh and change the way that people eat forever, by helping future customers experience to our product. We try to ensure all Brand Ambassadors are scheduled for 35-40 hours of work per week, unfortunately there are times where this is not possible based on the availability and variety of events. While it sounds like there was some opportunity for improvement during your tenure on the sales team, we appreciate you sharing this feedback with us, and we have passed it directly along to the sales leadership team here at HelloFresh.
