We appreciate your time for the review and are glad you highlight some of our core values.
YES - we take CoVid seriously: since March 2020 we are working from home offices wherever possible and also have initiated basically a travel ban for everyone in the organization.
YES - clients are our first priority and they are also priority no. 1 for our CEO. So if we communicate with dozens or hundreds of clients, our CEO is included in the review cycle.
YES - we are cost conscious for internal purposes so we can focus all resources to improve the service for our clients.
While we love entrepreneurial mindsets, YES - if there are development needs we tighten the management/coaching of our employees so they can come back to the happy path.
If the strategy & vision of HFGO hasn't reached you, we take this feedback to improve our communication beyond the platforms we talk about like team meetings, leadership sit-downs, our all-hands/townhalls, etc.
As we have a “no door” policy just approach us/our CEO to continue the discussion or use our monthly employees survey or use your regular (personal) development discussions with your manager to make your time at HelloFreshGO even better.
Does Not seem too bad overall as you indicated already being with us for several years ;)
