Helloprint is a great place to work at, due to their very friendly yet professional environment. They have always been there for me to support me and I always felt very included in the collective. What I valued the most was the trust they gave me. I felt very free to make any decisions - even if sometimes they were a little risky. Helloprint gives you a lot of space for expression, making mistakes, learning and developing. Which creates a very honest and cooperative environment.

I would pinpoint just one downside that I encountered whilst working at Helloprint and that I have told them about personally. And that would be - making sure that their employees are well-informed about their decisions and the reasons for their decisions. As sometimes this lack of information was causing confusion among my team.
